By purchasing or using Ecstacy Anticheat ("Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained legal parental or guardian consent to purchase this Software. The provider assumes no liability for unauthorized purchases made by minors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the specific number of server instances included in your plan. You strictly agree NOT to:
Distillation of our detection models is absolutely prohibited. Because our models are our core intellectual property, even a single attempt — whether or not it succeeds — results in immediate and permanent termination of your license without any refund, and makes you ineligible to purchase Ecstacy in the future. Your server may be blacklisted from our network, and we may share the fact of the violation with other anticheat vendors and relevant third parties in order to protect our technology. Any other violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of your license and a permanent ban from our network without refund.
For legal, regulatory and operational reasons, we do not accept customers or process transactions connected with the following territories (the "Restricted Territories"):

Access to our website and dashboard from a Restricted Territory is blocked at the network level. This restriction applies to the web service only: a server that already holds a valid licence continues to be protected, since the anticheat's own connection does not pass through that filter.
By proceeding with a purchase, you represent and warrant that none of the above conditions apply to you or your intended use of the Software. Any violation of this restriction will result in immediate license termination without refund.
Ecstacy is offered as a recurring subscription. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and your licence remains active until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe as the payment provider. Stripe handles applicable VAT or sales tax at checkout. Your payment method details are never stored on our servers.
Digital goods. Because the Software is supplied as digital content, by ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 54-bis Codice del consumo). Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under your country's law are unaffected. Discretionary refunds may otherwise be granted in cases of proven, unfixable technical failure on our end.
How to withdraw. Where you have not waived it, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days using our online withdrawal function at /withdrawal. Submit your account email or payment reference and we will process any eligible refund. You may also email support@ecstacy.ac with an unambiguous statement of withdrawal.
The Software is provided "as is". While our Machine Learning models are trained for high accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% detection of all cheats nor total absence of false positives. We are not liable for server bans, data loss, or downtime resulting from the use or misuse of the Software.
We reserve the right to suspend your access to the update server and dashboard if we detect suspicious activity, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers, the competent courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence as provided by applicable consumer law.
